The ministry teaches young women the fear of God and guides them on how to be responsible Christian mothers and wives. To equip the women of the church with practical skills and spiritual wisdom, the ministry organizes conferences, trainings, retreats, conventions, and other skills development symposiums, fostering a community of industrious and empowered women.

The Women's Ministry Week is celebrated during the second week of May each year, highlighting their significant contributions and achievements.

The ministry is currently led by Rev. Mrs. Dora Awuah, the wife of the General Overseer, who provides leadership and vision for this vital branch of the church.
